Spa Facilities

We currently have 5 purpose build rooms offering Float Therapy, Organic Facials, Advanced Facials, Organic Body Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Lymphatic drainage, Sauna, Vibrational therapy, all within a modern relaxing environment.

Spa Attire

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We offer a robe if you have another service following. Your service provider will direct you to your next treatment or to checkout.

Making Your Booking

To secure your booking a valid credit card or gift voucher is required. It is a requirement to make a deposit to secure your treatment. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. We send an email on the day of booking and a text reminder and email 72 hours prior to your treatment. You can log into your account manage your bookings before hand.

Couples/ Besties Packages

Share a touch of spa in our double spa suite. We do ask a 50% deposit for all treatments and packages over the 2 hour treatment time.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 min prior to your treatment time to ensure you receive your full treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule for each and every guest. Please understand clients that are later than 15 minutes may have their treatment time shorter.

Gift Card

We are delighted to offer customised gift cards. This can be done through our online booking, top bar under Buy A Gift Card tab this is great if you live out of town or time poor or on shift. We also have gift cards instore that can be filled out. Please ask reception for more details. Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months. Please quote your voucher number when booking and present on arrival. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Cancellation Policy

The time for your experience has been exclusively reserved for you; however, if your plans change, we do request the courtesy of 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Regrettably without 48 hours’ notice, you will pay the 35% deposit of your treatment. All cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will pay 100% cancellation fee. Any no show or late cancelations may forfeit their deposit.

Parking

We have ample onsite parking as well as street parking.

Opening Hours

The Day Spa is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9am to 3pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm.

Health Consultation: It is essential that you inform us of any health conditions or pregnancy.

Spa Manners

The spa is a haven of health. Smoking is not prohibited and please put mobile phones on silent and away.

Privacy & Modesty

Our caring and professional therapists have the utmost respect for your privacy and modesty and all personal information shared will remain confidential.

​

Minimum Age

Young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when having a treatment.

​

Retail Therapy

We have a wonderful selection of skincare and lifestyle products to choose from.

​

Payment

We accept cash, eftpos and all major credit cards.

​

Valuables

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal items, including those left in rooms and bathrobes.

Returns

The Spa can only accept a product return with proof of purchase and where the product is deemed faulty. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law and health and safety regulations when handling any requests for a return or refund.
